• 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp butter, room temp
  • 1 TSP ​brown sugar
  • dash ​​of cinnamon
  • dash ​of nutmeg
  • dash of ​allspice
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 oz dark ​​rum
  • 5 oz hot water


  1. Place butter, sugar, and spices into an Irish coffee glass and mix well.
  2. Pour in rum, followed by hot water. Stir. Serve!
