- 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp butter, room temp
- 1 TSP brown sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of allspice
- splash of vanilla extract
- 2 oz dark rum
- 5 oz hot water
- Place butter, sugar, and spices into an Irish coffee glass and mix well.
- Pour in rum, followed by hot water. Stir. Serve!
